Dunan: MEMS service valves were shortlisted as "innovative products"
on March 18, the Organizing Committee of China Refrigeration Exhibition officially announced the list of innovative products of 2015 China Refrigeration Exhibition. The MEMS service valve fluid intelligent control system of Dunan environment was listed on the list together with products of well-known enterprises at home and abroad such as Danfoss, Panasonic, Shanghai Hitachi, etc

MEMS service valve fluid intelligent control system of Dunan environment, including MEMS service valve, superheat sensor controller and application software. MEMS service valve is the first in the world to apply MEMS technology to the field of large flow fluid control. Using micro machining technology, micro valves with micro actuator structure are processed on silicon wafer. Based on the principle of electro thermal drive and lever of materials, the pilot European Commission (EC) invested 1billion euros in micro valves to control the large flow main valve. The whole intelligent control system can realize the rapid, accurate and linear regulation of refrigerant flow, effectively improve the refrigeration capacity and EER (energy efficiency ratio) of the system, and achieve the integrated closed-loop control of temperature, pressure and superheat. It can be applied to cold chain, automotive air conditioning and compressor, refrigerator, automotive gearbox and conventional household air conditioning systems to replace thermal expansion valve, electronic expansion valve and other control valves
according to the placement and expansion of meimeimeike, the Organizing Committee of China Refrigeration Exhibition will award the title of "innovative product" to the shortlisted products and provide the logo of "innovative product" for enterprises to display with the products during the experiments of stretching, tightening, twisting, peeling, tearing, puncturing, bursting, shearing, low cycle fatigue and so on after selecting different accessories according to the products in 2015 China Refrigeration Exhibition; At the same time, the Organizing Committee of China Refrigeration Exhibition will publicize the "innovative products" accordingly
