Its screw unit is gradually replacing the lithium bromide absorption chiller, and some lithium bromide absorption chiller manufacturers are gradually developing The actual situation of popularizing screw unit can be explained. The following will be from the following aspects to improve the efficiency of resource and energy utilization and promote the recyclable steel process technology of emission reduction; Description of eco non blast furnace ironmaking technology:

I. energy consumption analysis of water chillers, such as ozone, bromine, iodine, etc.

1. Selection of water chillers

from the perspective of cycle efficiency: in compression chillers, when screw and centrifugal chillers are high, their energy consumption per unit refrigerating capacity is generally 0.2KW ~ 0.22kw. Their energy-saving units are refrigeration units. The COP value of the actual cycle efficiency of the lithium bromide absorption refrigeration unit is about 1.0 ~ 1.2. (the working conditions are the same: the inlet and outlet temperature of cold water is 2/12, and the inlet and outlet temperature of cooling water is 30/35 ℃)

at present, the investment estimation prices of different refrigerators published internationally. 2. Analysis of energy consumption and primary energy consumption of each unit

In this way, the coal consumption per unit refrigerating capacity of the above three types of machines can be calculated

it can be seen from the above table that the coal consumption per unit refrigerating capacity of the absorption chiller is 1.5 times that of the screw chiller. Therefore, from the perspective of primary energy consumption, the absorption chiller does not use waste heat for refrigeration, but uses a separate boiler to provide steam. This kind of chiller is completely energy-saving

II. Economic analysis of various refrigerators

the economic analysis of various refrigerators is mainly to compare their initial investment and operating costs under the same conditions. We still take the above three refrigerators as an example to compare. Because the refrigerating capacity of the listed three refrigerators is not exactly the same, in order to correctly evaluate them, We use the cost of unit refrigerating capacity as the measurement standard, and consider the power capacity increase cost in the calculation (single circuit power supply is calculated at 450 yuan/kw, double the double circuit power supply), Then the initial investment of unit refrigerating capacity of each refrigerator is shown in Table 3

it can be seen from table 3 that without calculating the investment in the heating system of the absorption refrigerator, the initial investment per unit refrigerating capacity of the absorption refrigerator must be relatively large, about 1.3 times that of the centrifugal type (for single circuit power supply), because of its large metal consumption and complex structure. When calculating the operation cost, we mainly consider the power consumption cost and heating cost of each unit, and ignore some other costs (such as maintenance cost and depreciation cost, etc.) for the time being. Due to the different prices of electricity and coal in various regions, the tentative electricity price is 0.5 yuan/kWh, the price of standard coal is 350 yuan/t, and the price of oil is 2 yuan/L, Suppose that the fuel cost accounts for 75% of the total heating cost. The calculated operating cost per unit refrigerating capacity of each unit is shown in the following table:
